We    are    seeking    a    skilled    and    experienced    Tech    Lead    Node.js    and    AWS    to    join    our    team.    As    the    lead,    
you     will     be     responsible     for     designing,     developing,     and     maintaining     our     applications     and
infrastructure,    leveraging    Node.js    and    AWS    services.    
You    will    lead    a    team    of    developers,    provide    technical    guidance,    and    drive    the    implementation    of    
scalable    and     secure     solutions. You    will     be also responsible    in    overseeing     the     overall     software    
development     projects,     ensuring     the     team     meets     project     deadlines,     creation,     and     curation     of    
project    roadmaps.

What    you    will    be    doing:    
• Lead    the    design,    development,    and    maintenance    of    our    backend    systems    using    Node.js  and    AWS    services.
• Collaborate    with    cross-functional    teams,    including    frontend    developers,    product   managers,    to    understand    requirements    and    develop    robust    solutions.
• Provide    technical    leadership    and    mentorship    to    a    team    of    backend    developers,    guiding them    in    best    practices,    code    quality,    and    architecture    decisions.
• Design    and    implement    RESTful    APIs    and    backend    services    to    support    the    functionality    of  our    web    and    mobile    applications.
• Develop    and    optimize    database    schemas    and    queries    to    ensure    efficient    data    retrieval    and    storage.
• Integrate    third-party    APIs    and    services    as    needed,    ensuring    seamless    data    exchange    and   system    interoperability.
• Implement    security    measures    and    best    practices    to    protect    our    backend    systems    and    data.
• Optimize    backend    performance    and    scalability    through    efficient    code,    caching    strategies,  and    infrastructure    scaling.
• Conduct    code    reviews,    enforce    coding    standards,    and    ensure    proper    documentation    of   the    backend    systems.
• Manage    CI/CD    pipelines,    deployment    strategies,    and    infrastructure    as    code    using    AWS    CloudFormation    or    similar    tools.
• Monitor    system    performance,    identify    bottlenecks,    and    optimize    resource    utilization    for    high    availability    and    scalability.
• Stay    up-to-date    with    the    latest    backend    development    trends,    technologies,    and    best    practices,    and    share    knowledge    with    the    team.

Who    we    are    looking    for:
• At    least    2-3+    solid    understanding    of    backend    development    principles,    including    RESTful   APIs,    database    design,    and    performance    optimization.
• Experience    with    NoSQL    and    SQL    databases,    such    as    MongoDB,    PostgreSQL,    or    MySQL.
• Familiarity    with    serverless    architectures    and    event-driven programming.
• Proficient    in    writing    scalable    and    efficient    code,    utilizing    best    practices    and    design    patterns.
• Strong    leadership    skills,    with    the    ability    to    guide    and    mentor    a    team    of    developers.
• Excellent    problem-solving    and    debugging    skills,    with    attention    to    detail.
• Familiarity    with    DevOps    practices    and    tools,    such    as    CI/CD    pipelines,    Docker,    and    infrastructure    as    code.
• Strong    communication    and    collaboration    skills,    with    the    ability    to    work    effectively    in    a    cross-functional    team    environment.
• Familiarity    with    Agile    development    methodologies    and    tools    (e.g.,    Scrum,    JIRA)    is    a    plus.
